Windows NT, ME, 2000, and XP come with DCOM as part of the operating system. Most versions of 98 also include DCOM but not the earliest release. To find out if your computer has DCOM just run PR-Tracker setup. It will tell you if you have it or not.

If you don't have DCOM installed on your computer, download it from Microsoft and install it. Then run PR-Tracker setup again.
